It's basically a personality typing system, much like MBTI! Except, there are more variations! And I like/relate to it a lot more!

If you're asking about my specific type, this ought to explain it broadly, and therefore, me:

Average 4/3 is emotionally spicy. Because of the conflict between the three-wing's desire to be in the spotlight and the four's self-conscious fear of exposure, they may alternate between extremes of extroversion and introversion. Unlike the cooler 3/4s, 4/3s may find it difficult (if not impossible) to stay calm when emotions come up. They are more likely to talk about their overwhelming feelings than the much more rational, analytical, withdrawn 4/5s.

"4" is my base-type-- it's the centre of my personality. Fours are basically.....individualists. Tortured artist types. The wing ("3" for me) is a secondary type that influences the base one. The 3 wing brings the outgoing/extroverted side, and need to be loved and recognized!

"Sexual" refers to what I focus on most. Sexual types are most affected by one-on-one relationships. (Socials, by groups, and self-preservations, by self and/or security/shelter/family)
