In an attempt to keep this blog semi active I’m going to try to post sketches and art of the Dreamons.
Dreamons are actually a very diverse race. The dreamons that run the office are actually known as Hueminns. Besides their creator, the Hueminns are the most powerful class of Dreamon gifted with powers of creation and manipulation. However, they are not actively controlling entities, rather they seek to draw inspiration from various worlds to fuel their own creative endeavors.
Reddington here is Hueminn of passion dreams. These dreams can also sometimes be called vent dreams. In these dreams people are more likely to act on hidden impulses, whether it was wanting to punch someone, or kiss someone, or do something extremely daring. You have no inhibition.
Reddington himself is such a person, extremely impulsive and prone to the ‘I do what I want’ attitude which makes him extremely reckless. However his passion also means he gets a lot done and he actually does it very well! His interests tend to lie in physical activities, whether it be sports, construction, or straight up brawling. Whatever he can put his full physical power into is what makes him happy. Red tends to have a rather furrowed brow and furious expression though so most people think he is actually angry all the time when in fact he can actually be in a good mood. It doesnt help that his regular volume is shouting.
In the Monster Office he takes charge of the maintenance department because it tends to be the most physically laborious aspect of a company. He tends to stay in the lowest level where the boiler room is so he can work uninterrupted on anything that comes to mind. He doesnt mind fixing things that get broken as it gives him something to do but because he puts a lot of heart into his work he cant help but be a little angry when it gets haphazardly damaged.

Ah goodness, M-Mister Reddington! Y'seem kinda... WELL. Hmm. Perhaps I could get you... a drink of some kind...?
There is no response from the pipes used in the Red Dept. to communicate. Instead all that can be heard is pipes exploding down below and a high pitch whistling like a tea kettle going off but cranked up in volume. One can even feel a distinct rumble getting closer and increasing in intensity like something is coming up from the deepest part of the Dept.
You also notice the temperature in the upper levels of the Red Dept. begin to rise at an alarming rate. Sporadic bursts of steam begin to erupt from nearby pipes as the water inside starts to evaporate. The longer you wait the more you notice pipes begin to turn a tinge of red as the heat rises to a point where even screws and bolts are being shot out of their fixings like bullets. Even materials such as rubber and plastic begin to slowly droop and start to melt into nothing but puddles on the floor.
