So I went painting again! Â Finished up the last two coasters from the Guard Insignia set, and had some extra time- so I picked up a new set, and tried something different. Â I roughed out the designs for the East Haven Sea Dogs and the West Haven Cutters logos, just to get a sense of spacing (the pencil gets pretty well hidden under the base coat of paint) and got the first layer of paint down for the words for the Sea Dogs before it was time to go. Â Looking forward to continuing this project- and the other two coasters from this set will *probably* be the Haven Herald advertisement, and a version of The Grey Gull logo. Â All painting is done free-hand.
