Green mango is one of the most popular fruits in Vietnam. It contains a lot of vitamin C, prevents cancer, reduces cholesterols... In Vietnam, green mango is used for snacks or salad. Today I will show you how Vietnamese eat green mango in 5 ways.
#1. Green mango with fish sauce:
15g fish sauce
20g sugar
Hot red chili (depends on your spicy taste)
#2 Green mango with chili salt
20g salt
Hot red chili (depends on your spicy taste)
5g MSG
#3 Green mango with shrimp paste ( or mắm ruốc)
20g shrimp paste
Hot red chili (depends on your spicy taste)
Garlic
10g sugar
#4 Green mango shaken with shrimp salt

To soak mango, 40g sugar and 20g fish sauce
#5 Green mango salad
400g mango
Dried beef ( you can replace by dried chicken or dried squid)
