Scoring:
Add up your scores for all the statements.
Interpretation:
8-16: Minimal to no symptoms.
17-24: Mild symptoms—monitor and consider seeking support.
25-32: Moderate symptoms—seek support and consider professional help.
33 and above: Severe symptoms—seek professional help as soon as possible.
