People Magazine: The cookbook author, 85, was asked if she had any thoughts on Markle stepping into [her] space with her own cooking show, With Love, Meghan.

MeMe never learns. She was so close, but as ever--- she cannot resist the clapback. Did Martha mention a reunion with the king? Did Martha mention Harry's father? Did Martha say she overheard a conversation? MM over-shared details of their fabulous vacation in a 4+ page spread for People Magazine and in other publications so it was quite unnecessary to label Martha, the Domestic Diva, as "confused." Perhaps they were not seated at the same table---- that doesn't mean MM didn't run her mouth to someone about how the invisibles can go on holiday and "just be kids;" not to mention how "she is very supportive and there's a lot of sadness."

When Martha said "it doesn't sort of follow" and "she was talking about IT," the reference was MM's transitions from actress to princess to homemaking guru. Martha -GG

I’ve been doing some digging on Martha Stewart’s recent comment that she had dinner with Meghan Markle, and looked up any charity galas/dinners Martha attended in SoCal/Santa Barbara around the time Meghan returned from her “European holiday.” 🙄 This is all allegedly. The only public coverage I found appears to be the official Lotusland release and Santa Barbara Magazine’s selected gallery. Those photos highlight Martha Stewart, Jane Lynch, sponsors, donors, and a selection of guests but not a complete attendee list. The published photos appear to be an editorial selection rather than a complete guest list. It’s entirely possible for attendees not to appear in the official coverage. There were 500 guests, and the event was sold out. I also checked the major photo agencies to see if there was any evidence Meghan attended. I could not find a single Getty Images gallery or caption placing Meghan Markle at the Lotusland gala. I also couldn’t find WireImage, Shutterstock Editorial, or any other syndicated editorial photos showing Meghan at the July 18 event.
