Hello why aren't we as a fandom exploring Monstermon more!!
There's so many possibilities — they have cards, plushies, hell even CARPETS, probably even its own animated series or something. I've got so many child-like hcs for it already😔hear me out!!
Some of the kids wake up early to catch the newest Monstermon episode on TV before school 🥹 Others, who value their sleep, listen to their classmates as they explain what happened in the newest episodes like its the afternoon news.
Anytime they walk by Mon plushies in the toy section at a store, they BEG their parents to buy them plushies of their favorites.
The kids often fight and compete about who has the most cards, who has the rarest and who has the most powerful ones. The -ily twins are at an advantage here, considering their dad works at a Monstermon factory and can easily sneak out a rare card for them.
They take card trading and battles VERY seriously. Some lunches or recesses are spent as a Monstermon trade market. Each card has its value, and cards must be traded fairly using those values.
Monstermon figures aren't affordable for most of the kiddos, so instead they make their own figures with clay or play-doh (they don't last long though, obviously).
— The huxley twins show off their figure collection anytime they get the chance. They're probably the only ones who can buy real Monstermon figures. Others have to stick with bootlegs. :(
Atleast ONE of the kids had a Monstermon-themed birthday party once trust.
Aaaand as seen in the games (we're guilty of it), card thievery is common amongst these little demons.
And the fact that every kiddo has a themed deck is SO cuteee😭 Cindy has cute cards, Buggs has ‘nasty’ cards, Felix has blue & fancy cards, Monty has a green deck to match his clothes
