I thought it would be neat if Legacy Code Ma3a incorporated more of the design of the original Tron, since the Legacy Code was an update of him. So I traced a screenshot I have of her (I'll link to it in the replies), gave her some of his circuits, and went a little overboard. :3c

Since only little babies were able to absorb the serum properly, it was injected to twin brothers, Cain and Abel, in a scientific project called "Children of Tomorrow".
When they grew up, the children took different paths. Cain joined a special law enforcement group, while Abel walked away and stepped into the world of crime.
