Fire!
The base idea is the ability to draw humans up and then throw them at will, in this example the pink spheres represent the puny humans.
It still needs heaps of polish, but the base prototype is coming along. I’m quite happy with it so far :)

All the Colours of the Wind
Procedural generation in Unity today! Who knew adding gravity and some colours could be so much fun.
Coding. Day one
The Class was tasked with making a Rock, Paper, Scissors game in Unity, and that meant having to code. while I no longer quiver in my boots at the mere mention of the thing...it still scares me.
Its So Smooooth!
Making a prototype for my Coding Unit. Just finished on smooth rotation through Quaternion Slerp. Had no idea what I was doing half the time, but I figured it out eventually. Look how smooth it moves! Such a huge improvement from before.
Keep reading if you want to see how I did it and what it used to look like.
IM FINISHED
I have complete all that I wanted to complete with this project minus one thing.
So in this final stage the “players” will warp though one side of the stage to the other when they touch the edge (like some versions of snake). When they are defeated they explode into smaller cubes of their colour.
The only thing I was unable to program was editing the movement patterns so that the “players” were less likely to go back in the direction they had just gone. I tried for a few hours trying different things and was unable to get it working.
If I ever come back to this it will be to recreate the Tron game and real people will be able to control the cubes.

The start of a new project.
My new project: Mothership! A game about beaming up humans and throwing them at things. -Well there’s more, but you’ll have to wait and see. More soon!
How to crash Unity 101
Some cool procedural generation in unity! Stay tuned for poor man’s Minecraft next.
Animation and UI!
Today we learnt about how to make a UI Display that works similarly to Borderlands UI system for displaying weapon statistics in a world space! it was awesome! We also worked on Enemy State Behaviour
Extremely awesome stuff! I can’t wait to use some of these in my own projects in the future :)
