Swimming through the deep water of the Brunch Bog, there lies a guardian and Main Dish Mealster of Madame Fabienne; Jambayou! Known for its swift jabs with two large dactyl clubs, it is the diligent guardian of the House of Dinn’s base, a vibrant floating town made of wood and rope and held up by four colorfully-painted steamships. It seems to be a loner in personality, but it always seems to follow the sounds of music the Dinnmakers play and will usually try and join in the dancing. This creature is a perfect example of not judging a book on its cover.

Set high upon the hilltops surrounding the base of the Repas Monastery, there stands the Macahemoth. This slow and sturdy giant is the creation of the ancient Fromagers during the Founding Culinary Triad’s time. It looms above all, with a body held up by four sturdy legs, and would attack by throwing globs of molten cheese on its back and letting out trumpeting roars to push away swarms of the Molded. So ancient and sacred this Mealster is, the chef who made it, Lady Emmentaler, sealed its recipe in the vaults below the settlement, where only those who prove themselves worthy may read from it. I pray that none of the Molded infect this titan, less we witness the blind fury of a titan!

Their greedy ways will stop at nothing to get what they want, even if it means erasing our past and throttling our future. This is why we use such brutal Mealsters, such as the Cipactlito. Created alongside the Oshizugyo, this giant monster of the deep was made by the Rebano Saboroso to assault the IDC Brigade Ship and prevent it from reaching shore. That ship is considered to be the container where the Ivory Dish Company’s secret weapon lies in wait, and could be the ultimate doom of the Land of Feasting if it arrives…

Wandering around the Sugary Cliffs, you would find that most of it have been transformed into an alien landscape of sugar and sweets by the Confectionary Outcasts, with giant gumdrop hills and chocolate-coated rocks. Another thing to note is the floating felines known as the Katpops. At first, you may think of them as similar in origin to the elusive Lickameleon, but instead of solid candy at the ends of those sticks, it is soft and savory cake and icing! These astronautical cats use their light segments to float upon the constant breeze that stirs, giving them the illusion of floating in space. It is hard to say what the process of the Confectionary Outcasts is, but the result is always out of this world in design!

If you haven’t noticed by now, the Secret Spice is a precious resource for Mealsters, and any want to regain or steal spice from other Mealsters is vital in battle. Like the Sugarmites, the Chupanadas focus on spice draining, with the one difference being that the Mealster uses speed instead of numbers. Many have noted that the Chupanadas is a more animated version of Fidejo, with even more comparisons drawn by the fact they were both made by the Rebano Saboroso. Even though it isn’t as large as the Fidejo, its fighting spirit makes up for it, along with its constant yapping.

Although most Mealsters made by the Youri Brigade are meant for more defensive roles, a few are made to be on the offensive against the Ivory Dish Company. For example, the Oshizugyo, a mermaid-like Mealster made from a layered variety of sushi, assaults Ivory Dish Company ships docking at the shares, using a variety of body slams and hot wasabi breath. These Mealsters are malicious and will do everything possible to maximize suffering for the enemy.

If Ramentaur are the guardians of the gates and Taiyakihoko are the patrols of the town, then the Monakimera is the guardian of the skies! Gliding across the Pasty Planes, they scout the area for incoming enemies, skywriting information to their chefs. Of course, they don’t do much when it comes to attacks, but they are great at carrying their allies to faraway spots! Their wafer wings can blow away more minor annoyances, and the beans that fall from their crest can be used as bouncy projectiles!

Day Twenty-Four - Hotdog Superhero One of the most well-known Mealster throughout the Land of Feasting is a sausage of raw strength and plenty of toppings: The Wurstman! Although the less-than-stellar naming convention might throw you off, make no mistake, as the Wurstman would undoubtedly serve up a slam with a smile to its opponents, with the ability to jump to any spot on the Battle Blanket, it is a versatile mover and shaker in battle! Of course, the saucy cape may get in the way at times, as the Wurstman is likely to step on it and trip himself into a tumble, with a likelihood of bashing into an ally! Despite this hiccup of weakness, the Wurstman has made his way into the hearts of The Land of Feasting’s citizens, and it is seen commonly in comic books and film!
