Who's a shoe fan here? I'm getting ready to list these sandals that been sitting in my garage for months collecting dust. There 2 pairs in this picture I only wore 1 or 2 times. I was watching @nicole.state videos, and she said don't go out buy inventory yet, look for things around the house you're not using or wearing anymore. There's probably a $1K or $2K lying around the house and I don't even know it. And she's right! I just have to open my eyes and scan around the house and really ask myself the question, "Will I ever wear this anymore? Does it bring me joy?" This is great! Can you believe I used to play this old thing 🙈 I remember many a night as a child getting shouted at from downstairs by my dad: “turn that bloody music down Hayley-Jayne” as I blasted out The Shadows on the record player trying my hardest to learn every cord. So many memories. I was thrilled when Eloise started to play too - learning to play an instrument was honestly one of the best things I could ever have done for my soul when I was a kid. It brought me so much joy and appreciation for the art of music. These days though, as you can see, I’m more confident with a pen in my hand putting graffiti on old crap and making it new again.
