Hey everybody! It’s been a really long time since I actually made a post on here. When was the last time I even logged on? Lol!

Anyways, unless you’ve been living under a rock or simply don’t live on the dolls and toys side of YouTube, you’ll probably know about all the hoopla with the COPPA laws and whatnot. 

If you want the tea on how COPPA is dun-goofing the toy community on YouTube, I recommend you watch Mommy’s World’ s video, “Why Are My Favorite YouTubers Leaving Kids Like Me Behind? FTC and COPPA Enforcement on YouTube”. She breaks it all down really well.

But to make a long story short, YouTube doesn't want kid-friendly channel on their internets anymore. The only way you can make kid-friendly content on YT at this point is if you mark your channel as kid-friendly, but then that would mean people who were paid to do kid-friendly videos will no longer get paid, and our comments section will be disabled. And if you don’t label your channel as kid-friendly, no worries! YT detector will automatically decide whether your content will appeal to children or not, so either way you’re screwed. :) 

It’s kinda sad that I’m gonna have to abandon ship on one of my first ever platforms where I showcased my stuff and thangs... It’s also sad considering this upcoming December will mark the 7th anniversary since my first YT upload, and over the years I have been able to gain over 2,000 subscribers. But alas, all good things eventually come to an end. 

On the plus side, I am using this as an opportunity to revamp my Tumblr! You may notice some changes coming to my blog within the next few days or weeks, including some older posts no longer existing, plus a whole new look! 

Starting January 2020, I will begin posting photos and news about toy releases, new findings, hauls, etc. Basically, everything that I used to make videos about on YT, I will now make written blogs about here. And get ready, because a lot has happened since I last abandoned ship on this Tumblr. But now it’s time to dig her out of her grave and bring her back to life.
