We had a outstanding meal again started with Mixed Mahshi Mixed Veggies stuffed with rice mixture. grape leaves roll (5 pcs), cabbage rolls (5 pcs), zucchini (1 pc) & eggplant (1pc) Molokhia Green soup made from minced jute mallow leaves and cooked with garlic and coriander in chicken broth (16 oz). OMG such Flavorful Soup we shared a must try. Macaroni Becameal A seasoned ground beef mixture between two layers of penne pasta smothered in a creamy bachamel sauce. Delightful Delicious yummy dish. And my favorite the national comfort food of Egypt. Koshari Bowl Koshari is the national dish of Egypt. Koshari bowl is made from rice, macaroni, lentils, chickpeas, with a special tomato sauce and savory crispy onions on top. Try it & crave it. Had enough leftovers for a whole nother meal.
