“I know you told me you didn’t want to go but...” Sumin trailed off, hands wrung together as she swayed from side to side - building enough momentum to bump shoulders with the other. “ - you can’t just make me go alone.” Her voice took on a hopeful tone as she batted her eyelashes, interlaced fingers placed under her chin as she pouted. “C’mon, I’ll owe you one. Pleeease, please”

“There’s only nine more Fridays until Christmas. Isn’t that so exciting?” Najeong mentioned, trying her hardest to keep from breaking out into a full grin at the thought of the upcoming holiday. “I guess that’s not so close, when you think about it... Have you done your holiday shopping yet?”

Cheyenne tried to mind her business, really, it’s not like she meant to eavesdrop. But they were speaking loudly and it was only natural for her to pick up on their conversation. Witnessing her peers smoke cigarettes and speak so freely about their less than modest extracurricular activities made Cheyenne’s face turn bright red. She didn’t know how to react, eyes wide and mouth hanging slightly agape. “Is this what teenagers do in their spare time?” She asked herself, voice hardly above a whisper. 

“What? It’s not like I didn’t warn you..” Sawyer sighed, glancing over at the other and shaking his head. Of course he’d warned them of the consequences, but when did anyone listen to warnings nowadays? Exactly.

The sophomore sighed exasperatedly and leaned back into the chair he was already slouched in before raising his head, nodding in acknowledgement to the person closest to him after he’d stopped tapping on his laptop. Chenglei wasn’t exactly sure what he was aiming to say, but he did know he was trying to find some sort of inspiration for the piece of music he was in the midst of. He could have rethought his question a bit, but his head didn’t really seem to think of that, only blurting out the first thing that came to mind, his eyebrows raising as he sat up. “What are you doing?”

Someone’s been leaving notes in my locker for the past week, and I’m 90% sure they’re for the next locker over and not me— uh, mine, sorry. So um, congratulations, whoever that is? You have an admirer.

Walking with a small hop to her step, she smiled brightly at those who passed by and handed some flyers to them and educated those who questioned what she gave them. Flyers for parties were really outdated but she actually liked them since some people took the time to stop and read them. It was a waste of paper but she didn't really mind. Flipping her hair to the side, she glanced down to her phone as it vibrated and not even a second later a body collided into her having her clutch onto the flyers close to her chest.
