I never noticed until now: The Powerpuff Girls movie explained why the girls were dangerous, they had to be taught by the world to control their powers and told what to do and not to do. They listened to the Professor and became heroes. The Rowdyruff Boys were never told anything, Mojojo just let them loose on the world with no rules and they basically destroyed anything they wanted and decided that they knew everything about everything. They were just born with the knowledge that they were strong and could do whatever they wanted. You know- like every other entitled white boy.
