As is inevitable with most games, hackers began to run rampant in this glorious virtual reality; to the point that many players felt that the administration wasn’t doing its job to protect characters and their data. A group of members banded together, using their own hacks to establish an anti-hacking force that would hunt down and delete the profiles of malicious hackers. The administration wasn’t happy about that, and thus established a force dedicated to hunting down those anti-hackers in their game, locking down their profiles.

Cipher was a member of the anti-hacking force, with the code name Spiral Coin. His "civilian character” was in the burglar class, and he’s been getting caught pick-pocketing ever since his first iteration LOL. Back then, he was the character of a player named Elijah Crowley, who was an IT dude. I connected way more with Cipher as his own entity, and found it a bit disorienting to think that I was playing a character who was being played by another character. So I just focused on playing Cipher loool.

I’m... atrocious at forum roleplays. But this group was so worth the effort it took to try, and I made a couple great friends! Eventually I got caught up with school, and I lost touch. My lovely friend @yessu had given Cipher a glorious visual reference, though, so I could never get him out of my mind. I tried to use him with a few roleplay partners, but it never stuck, which was always a bummer.

When I met Ripley, my main OC was actually a "jerk with a heart of gold” named Abel, and I wanted to roleplay him. But then Cipher came to mind, and everything just fell into place with him and Blackburn.

Tbh, his most private sexual fantasy is getting caught pick-pocketing and being “taught a lesson” by some benevolent, sexy dom. Or at least role-playing it LOL

For the second, there’s this one guy from his past that he fantasizes about once in a while, a guy who... strangely... fits the prior description. Caught him red-handed, threatened his life, but then allowed him to pay his way by buying the guy a bunch of supplies with all his stolen loot before letting him go.
