Thank you for your answer, how do I go about becoming a mod? I could possibly do that, especially if it would help out

And I plan to update the theme soon
Hello, I'm a young trans boy from the UK and my mother (who I've been out to for over two years) started accepting my identity about 2 months ago and today I asked her if I could get a binder with her card / sent to her address (as I live with my transphobic aunt because it's closer to school) and she's okay with that but she'd feel better if I could get her some links to information just so she has outside confirmation that I'll be safe, could you please link me to some information for her? ty
I’m going to assume you mean safe while binding...?
After a quick google searchÂ
http://transguys.com/features/chest-binding
http://transguys.com/features/chest-binding (yeah buzzfeed, but it seems to have good info.... honestly idk since I’m going the opposite way and this is why i need more mods...hint hint people)
As for societal safety, your friends/teachers/professors/aunt may question your rapid seemingly absence of a present chest into a better shaped one... don’t fear questions. In the case of your aunt, be prepared for more closet life.
hoping this helps
is it okay for me to come out as a transboy if i present femininely since its costly to start a whole new wardrobe? several other people have come out as trans* and the transboys all present masculinely.
I’ve been transitioning on hrt MtF for 4 years now. I’m only just finding enough money to really start buying a good waredrobe. Transition as you need to. Please do not use ACE bandage to bind, please do not reuse needles for T, and please be safe.
(Continue on my other ask) I know how it can get co fused, but because of how long it took these people and how no one else knew, it scares me for myself, because I've been identifying as trans for close to 4 or more years I think, and ?? You know ?
Thanjyoi for running this page I'm pretty sure Tia just one person right ? So thank you aaa

You’re welcome. And you are correct, I am currently the only one on staff, however this blog started off as a team of like 6 of us or something... and the last to leave is just on a hiatus while getting their mental health in order because health and safety should be prioritized over everything. I would appreciate others applying to be moderators.Â

Blog update post.
First order of business. I garlic have been the only mod posting for a while there have been two of us registered. I asked the other mod for security of this blog to leave until they can get their mental health under control. They are welcome back when they are ready, this was not a move to take over. Second, I'd like some help running the blog. Followers that know my lines of thinking are encouraged to apply. Basic tenets 1) gender dysphoria is a medical and mental health condition. If you do not have gender dysphoria, you especially need to seek professional mental health care as treating as though there's a condition when there isn't CAN be harmful and potentially fatal. Also if you do not have the mental disconnect between gender and genitals (simplified way of viewing gender dysphoria) there is no other known reason to not identify as your birth sex. 2) always seek a mental health professional before doing anything. Any advice we provide is like talking to friends and is intended as a guide, but never as advice on what to do. 3) have fun. It is your life, so live it. If you disagree with my opinions, you are free to tell me to fuck off and live as you will. /garlic
Hi! This is kinda time sensitive but if you can't get to it right away, it's okay. I identify as a demiboy and I'm currently attending a teacher program at a college and the director knows I'm trans and has encouraged me to come out the group. So I'm gonna do it tomorrow because we are having a presentation and a workshop after focusing on LGBTQ+ stuff. And I want to do this, but I'm also kinda anxious about it because I've never come out to that many people (it's like 50+ people). Any advice?
Explain what you mean by “demiboy” since in my book there only exists male/female/bigender/agender (either, both, none). Anything else is a special way of saying one of the above.Â
Hi, I'm a trans girl and I'm 17 I've been openly trans to my mom for less than a week and she's kinda having a hard time with it, I'm going shopping soon and she doesn't want me buying anything in the girls section. If it looks girly and it's in the boys section she doesn't care! It could literally be the same thing but with a men's tag on it. Anyways I need advice on some cheap-ish shoes (preferably sandals something like sanuk yoga sandals) that are men's but look feminine! Please help????
Where do you plan to go shopping? Because idk about anyone else, but for myself I need arch support and my sandals I splurge on so that I can get that. I usually get mine from REI.
Though for shopping, I recommend if she won’t buy you anything, grab some friends and go to some thrift stores/goodwill.Â
