hey! would you guys happen to know of any guides for tumblr bandom rp so that i could easier explain it to someone who may be familiar with other types of rp but unfamiliar with the bandom format? i remember seeing someone talking about writing a guide or something a while back. idk if it was on this blog or elsewhere, but thought i’d ask if you knew by chance
we ourselves never wrote a guide but i’m sure there is one out there. from a quick google search, all i could find were help blogs dated back to 2014 which probably won’t be of much help. there is this guide, however on how to roleplay using google hangouts.
if anyone knows of any other bandom rp guides, or would like us to make one, let me know!

i mean, we appreciate you and this message but we never want to ‘put people in their place’. i just think, in the grand scheme of things, roleplay isn’t going to last. in a few years most of us will have moved on and won’t be doing this anymore, so these issues will be so minor and even silly to a lot of us.
i don’t know, i think making such an issue out of small things is truly exhausting. when it comes to genuine issues, we will always hear you out and happily weigh out both perspectives absolutely. i just can’t be the only one that is tired with the small things that are made into huge overly negative and unnecessary issues.
The two who were kicked from kissland weren’t kicked because the pedophilia, they were kicked for singling out and targeting someone ooc from what I understand.
it makes sense then that they were kicked, that’s definitely something that would warrant mod interference if that’s truly what happened.

It matters because it’s plagiarism and not giving credit to writers. This is a community built on writing - are you saying it’s ok to steal someone’s else’s ideas and writing for notes?
plagiarism... it’s not that deep, honestly. they didn’t steal a copyrighted piece of writing and claim it as their own, it’s a tweet. to be fair, a majority of the popular tweets are stolen from someone else and reposted too.
if you go to literally any popular tweet, there’s usually people in the replies posting screencaps of someone else having posted it before them. popular tweets aren’t really all that original either, so i feel like a character posting them on an rp dash is genuinely such a small thing.
