His outfit already has a lot of belts, so I appreciate his jacket has room for one more belt to go around his waist lol

His shirt and pants are very tightly held together by a series of tied strips.

The clothing beneath is just a recolor of the clothes he wears beneath his jacket. Either they just found him a new set in the same style he likes, or his original clothes were provided by Vermeil. I like to think his jacket was provided by the Rangers.

When you really look at her jacket, it's not only regal but also gives us a glimpse into her personality.

Like I love the cute purple ribbons and the frills + jagged and spiky accessories and patterns combo she's got going on :D

Not gonna get into it, but despite having the same body proportions as the Female MC's model, Eleanor's has a piece of geometry in her chest mesh intended to accentuate her bust.

In a 3D modelling sense, I think this is an astute technique for the rendering style of the game and I'll likely be incorporating it in the models I make.

Turned her apron layer on. The patterning on her apron straps is really cute

Her sleeve mesh has two versions: an extended and "rolled-up" one. These are used during her cooking animation.
