Wow we finally got it right on “tongue out Tuesday!” Vasco is serious about his ocean cliff hiking after work. He has actually made a lifestyle out of it and made me grow his hair long for that chic, effortless, french style yorkie-on-a-walk look ☺️. He’s also serious about letting other dogs know who is boss 🐶😆. For safety I always pick my little guys up when I see a big dog, especially when off leash. Lunging my way uphill... best way to burn calories and take advantage of lunges. Oh yeah- the view isn’t so bad either. Try my workout for 30 minutes and let me know what you think! Oh yes— and don’t forget to wear something simple yet chic like orange sunglasses and a matching @lululemon top 😆😆😆. 💪💪💪💪💪 1. Warm up with a 10 minute jog. 2. Walk down and run uphill two times. 3. Lunges all the way uphill. 4. Sprint up walk down two more sets. 5. Another set of lunges uphill. 6. Crab crawl downhill and sprint two more times uphill and walking down. 7. Side squat uphill (one side only) walk down and sprint up twice. Then side squat the other side up and repeat two sets of sprints. 8. Grapevine uphill once on each side and crab crawl down. 9. Sprint up for the grand finale. 10.
