I haven't done edits or icons in a hot minute honestly-- I hope these work! Since you didn't specify a specific aesthetic I just used different icons from in-game for it (even the border is from in-game hehe)

4. “Don’t lie to me.”

Sorry if you don’t like girls! You can always change Taeko back to Taro in your head!

You were spending more and more time with Osano’s childhood best friend, Taeko Yamada. Too much time in fact. Within the past week, you and Osano had hardly talked at all, and it was really bugging him why. Why were you spending more time with his best friend than him...? Sure, he had complete trust in you, but... those thoughts in his head just won’t leave him alone. Constantly nagging at him. Telling him that you don’t want him any more and just want to be with Taeko. He doesn’t even know if you swing that way, but he still can’t help but worry...

The next day, when Osano reminded you about a date you two had planned, you quickly tried to brush it off, but then Osano blew up.

“What is with you these days?! You are always blowing me off for Taeko! What are you two hiding?!” Osano yelled.

“What are you talking about, Osano? Can’t I just hang out with another friend besides you?” You calmly tried to reason with him. 

“What am I talking about? What am I talking about?! What are you two talking about is what I want to know! You’ve been keeping secrets from me haven’t you! You and her both have! Well, I for one am not standing for it!” The anger and sorrow ever evident in Osano’s eyes as he spoke.

“I promise you, Osano, we aren’t hiding anything and even if we were, it would be for a good reason!” You pleaded.

“So you were hiding something from me! You just admitted to it right there! Don’t lie to me.” Osano’s voice seemed it strain itself as he lifted his clenched hand as if to prove a point.

You flinched away from him, afraid of what he would do. Osano held his breath, seeing you flinch away, and looked at his hand. Tears were now pooling from your eyes.

“Do-don’t hit me, please! I-I’ll tell you what we were doing! We, we were planning a sur-surprise party for your birthday, are, are you ha-happy now?!” You were almost full on sobbing at this point and backing up even more.

HIs...his birthday? Had he completely forgotten about it with what had been happening between you and Taeko. He felt his heart sink even more than it did when you thought he was going to hit you. 

“(Name)...I-I’m sorry, I swear that I wasn’t going to hit you, I promise.” He tried telling you, voice lighter than a feather.
