PJO/HOO Spring Mini-bang!

Hello there! This is mod Chan (AKA: the only mod at the moment), excited to announce the beginning of a PJO/HOO spring mini-bang!

Sign ups will open at noon (EST) on April 25th for all positions!

Sure, as long as you are absolutely sure that you can finish it in time, and that you split the writing evenly.

What counts as art?

Drawn art (colored sketches, finished pieces, etc.)

Playlists (must be on Spotify or Youtube)

Graphics (anything from book covers to gif edits to messy and loose collages)

REQUIREMENTS:

Drawn art: must be considered complete, but can be colored sketches, finished pieces, doodle pages, etc.

Playlists: must be on Spotify or Youtube (so it's easily accessible), and must be at least one hour long.

April 25-May 6th: Sign ups for all positions open.

May 7-10th: Writing prompts due for claiming the next couple days.

May 10-14th: Art claim timeframe, begins on the tenth and ends on the fourteenth.

May 14th-18th: Pairing the artists and writers, hopefully so everyone gets their first pick. 

June 1st: Check in with both parties, also the deadline to drop out. This is a mandatory check in, and the halfway point.

June 16th: Fics and art should be completed and READY for posting.

June 17-20th: Posting period. All content should be posted within this window, and art paired with writing should be posted together. 

All of these events will begin and end in EDT at midnight!

GENERAL RULES:

Please keep this event free from discourse or discrimination!

You must have a discord account and join the server, so I can get in contact with everyone.

Everyone participating in this event must be at least 13 or older, as per TOS for Discord/Tumblr/AO3.

CONTENT RULES:

No NSFW or explicit fics.

Writers must write a minimum of 1k, with a maximum word count of 20k.

Art can be anywhere from a moodboard/graphic to a playlist, or from a sketch to a finished piece, but it must be considered complete.

Artists and writers are encouraged to work together and bounce ideas off of each other.

The deadline to drop out is June 1st, so any artists that want more projects have time to get paired with others.

Artists can and are encouraged to take as many projects as they want (within reason), so hopefully there can be a couple artists assigned to each fic.

DROP OUT RULES:

If you do not think you can complete a project, let me know as soon as possible so you can drop out and I can fill the slot.

Once again stating, the deadline to drop out is June 1st, but if things come up last minute, I understand.

If someone drops out, please inform me of your group and role in said group so I can fill the slot.
