hello everyone! in the spirit of inclusivity, this blog will be changing from descendants secret santa to the descendants holiday gift exchange. the url has been changed from descendantssecretsanta to descendantsgiftexchange.

i will also be updating the theme & icon as it hasn’t been updated since i made this blog back in 2016, but since i will be doing all of those things at once, i didn’t want anyone getting confused ! this is still the same blog & everyone is still entered to join the exchange.

Hi, I have no idea what secret Santa is in fandom but I’m really interested and would love to know more. How exactly does it work?

hi! @bunny-lou got a really similar question and answered it here, but basically, you tell your secret santa what you want (a video, a gifset, a fic, etc) and they make it for you, and you tell me (the mod) what you want and i match you with someone who wants to make something you want, and then we all trade gifts on christmas (keeping the gift/who is making it as a surprise, ofc). i hope this helped!

hey kiddos! i see a lot of you have been noting that you don’t want to give or receive nsfw, and i wanted to make a post on that. nsfw is not allowed in the exchange, as almost all the characters are underage, and it makes the mods extremely uncomfortable since they are both overage! so you don’t need to worry about putting that in the notes, since it’s not allowed in the exchange at all!
