I saw the fang theory, and i have a similar one! So, Neito's eyes are inverted - the pupil is white/lighter than his irises, and while a lot of other characters have this trait too, i think it would be cool if those were contact lenses! And that while his real eyes are still blue, his pupils are actually slits! (just like his big sis ^^) It's cool to think about - especially with the copyCAT impression in mind.

Man, now I want a fic that’s just his classmates finding out that he wears contact lenses (like if one of them just pops out so it’s half slit and half lenses) and getting curious about why he goes through the effort. Maybe even someone who’s fought Toga up close may begin to recognize some similarities...
