These Froyo Mochi Ice Pops are a delightful frozen treat that combines the creaminess of Greek yogurt with the sweetness of honey, the fruity burst of mixed berries, and the chewy texture of mochi. Perfect for a refreshing snack on a hot day!
Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup honey. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1/2 cup mochi pieces. Popsicle molds.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined. Place a few pieces of mochi at the bottom of each popsicle mold. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture into each mold, filling about 1/3 of the way. Drop some frozen mixed berries into each mold on top of the yogurt layer. Repeat the layering process, alternating between yogurt and berries until molds are filled. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set. To remove the pops, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles. Serve and enjoy!
