Ingredients: 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Coffee that has been cooled down, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together well in a mixing bowl. Put the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for them to rise. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. It needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it is solid. To get the popsicles out of the molds, run them under warm water for a second or two and then pull them out gently. Serve right away and enjoy!
