Let me talk about the Swapfell Mob for a moment

Their headquarter is a casino. A gorgeous, high-class casino, one of those places where “Everyone is a king” and all that. There’s champagne and jewellery and beautiful dresses and crystal chandeliers. They’ll pull people in with promises of beauty and riches, and everyone is welcome, of course! In difference to other places like this, it isn’t only for the rich. And maybe it’s the Great Depression. Maybe people are desperate not only for money, but for something beautiful. Desperate to forget.

They swindle those poor fools out of their last coins, of course. Be it they’re rich, or poor, or anywhere in-between. And if they fail to pay up, they’re not leaving. If they can’t, they better figure it out soon or they might withdraw the person’s protection. 

Razz leads the protection. He’s does a lot of things, honestly. He can hang around in the casino, play cards and cheat someone out of their own suits, wearing beautiful clothes and jewels and sipping champagne. He’ll be lounging against a wall - how the fuck did he get there - with his arms crossed and eye blazing purple. You weren’t trying to not pay us what you owe, did you? If he comes to your house in person to talk about Protection, you’re either very important or have fucked up. 

Slim is in charge of the city’s drug trade. This time, he’s not a drug-user himself - he needs to keep his head clear. He’ll smoke cigars though. And cigarettes, but only in private. The Boss - Toriel - had a Talk with him about reputations. Imagine him sitting behind a desk, staring down in disgust at some destitute people begging for discounted opium or something. Yeah. If you try to interfere with his business, and you’re not a higher-up, you’ve fucked up and honestly you better just off yourself before he finds you. In private, he’s softer, gentle even. But to the public eye, he’s a nightmare, although a more distant nightmare than his brother. After all, most people deal with Razz’s team on a monthly basis. Only fools and the truly desperate ever involve themselves with Slim. Also. Never play cards with him. Never.

Undyne is the lead scientist for the mob, of course. She leads a team that does experiments with drugs for Slim, designs new weapons, there’s absolutely a risk that enemies of the mob will end up on her tables. And she loves explosives. A good friend of Slim, and the object of Alphys’ affections. She’s not seen much by the public.

Scar [Sans]

The brains of the duo, but is also occasionally the muscle. 

Has a talent for intimidating potential business partners into a deal by simply staring at them. Though he would rather not have to resort to violence, he will if necessary, and he hasn’t got a single shred of mercy.

Desires to be welcomed into the upper class societies, like that of the ruthless Dreemurr Family, and as such acts with dignity and poise. However, as he is considered the ‘new money’ type, he is often rejected and scorned. But that doesn’t stop him from trying 

Prefers to leave the more violent parts of business deals to his brother. But if you manage to survive the Hound, then you have to deal with the Master. And you’ll find yourself wishing you hadn’t

Owns several self-built businesses, namely in catering, and he ‘‘‘‘owns’’’’ several other establishments such as Muffet’s Parlour 

Scar will take advantage of any opportunity given to him. You have connections with a person who can benefit his businesses and his standing in society? Congratulations! You now work for Scar. Didn't agree to work for him? Nah...you DEFINITELY work for him now ;)

The muscle of the duo. 

Very loyal to his older brother, so if you insult Scar, you gonna die.

Is in fact incredibly intelligent but plays the brute so people end up underestimating him

Knows that he won’t ever be accepted into the circles that his brother yearns for, but doesn’t care. He prefers to mingle with people more on his level. 

Frequents underground fights. 

Also gambles - and he always obliterates the competition

Can also be found sweet-talking some poor soul he happens to take a fancy to…

Doesn’t mind the violence. He’s very good at offing those who disappoint his brother, and is even better at hiding the evidence…

Is often found in Muffet’s Parlour, but likes to get around a bit. You encroach on his brother’s territory, you’re getting a visit from the Hound himself and getting a stern ‘talking to’.

"What're you doin'. In. My. Damn. Town." He demanded. The other monster could hear the dark growl rise up from his chest. She clamped her paw down on her necklace, hiding the precious gem from the human, and the skeleton.

She didn't know if the skeleton was even protecting her anymore, one moment she was at the hands of the human, caught off guard from her walk, threatened and then stabbed just for her necklace. The next she was thrown off in a blaze of copper magic, strewn behind an enraged skeleton. Whoever the attacker was, clearly wasn't allowed in this part of the Skeleton Brother's town.

(Umghghf sorry if it's bad. Usually I ain't a writer but inspiration hit and I just had to write your swapfell mafia boys qqwqq)

Their yellow orbs remain glued to the little magical window that only they could see. On the other side is the skeleton they persisted to keep, trying in every desperate way possible to break free but failing to do so at every opportunity.

The skeleton’s attempts made them smile oh so smugly. No one can escape being locked in a plane that was completely empty. There was a way, however, to get back at the one dangling their key. With a wicked smile of their own, the skeleton summoned threads of black that blended into the void and sunk its’ roots into the ground, draining his keeper’s magic.

They stared in unusual calmness at the skeleton’s boldness. It reminded them of a meme involving an imaginary world, where a wizard spouted off “I attack the darkness!” Just like that meme, the attempt flopped and plans were foiled. This didn’t keep the skeleton from persisting forward.

Again and again they tried to drain them dry, but they only managed to make that small space slowly die. Only when the captive was near breaking the void did they drop by to simply warn them of their poor choice.

The skeleton expected them however, knowing well they’d keep tabs on him no matter the universe. Those threads easily glide out of ground and into the jester, striking through clothes and leathers. They paused at seeing their play, smile stretching rather than appearing dismayed. “You think you’re so clever, don’t you? Seen far better scientists, not just one or two. Chaos you’re surrounded by is our domain! You cannot harm us with a mirrored game,” they cackled loudly in hilarity.
