True to its name, it felt as if the sun never set upon the Dawn Court. Or, more accurately, the depths of the Caerwyn Dukedom. The tasks seemed endless, with the ill Duke’s temperament making the work worse for wear. After a frenzy of tasks about the estate, she felt her back ache for the rest after a hard day’s work. It was not her opposition to hard work (though she would gladly escape it once and awhile), but the hopelessness that accompanied it. She made her way through the narrow halls leading into the servant’s quarters, carrying with her a plate of leftovers from the Duke and Duchy’s dinner.

Stopping at her door, she hears shuffling and movements from insider her bedroom. With one hand against the door, she pushes it open, only to catch the familiar sight of Del herself. It wouldn’t be alarming in normal circumstances. But there was a look in her sister’s eye that implied shock and confusion. As her eyes glance away from the winged blond, she catches the sheen of a a gold and amethyst necklace strewn atop her dressed. Beside it, the matching bracelet and earrings.

“You can’t just go through my things, Del.” Darcy admonishes, looking past her sister’s pointed gaze as she quickly stuffs the extravagant jewelry back into her vanity.

I swear, I totally don’t deserve that title but I’m flattered none the less. (Maybe it’s college paper writing that makes me so good at writing these rants and pulling facts from the books, lol.)

28. who are you? describe yourself!

I am really bad at this, but idk i’m gonna give some facts about myself:

I’m 19 and studying at university. My speciality is chemical engineering.

I’m kinda clever lol.

I’m have really curly hair, people who saw me with my hair straightened say that i look TOTALLY different.

I’m rly short, my height is 4′11″ and moreover, i have Cinderella feet xD tiiiiiiny, i hardly find shoes.

I am tightly connected to music, I have been playing the violin for more than 12 years, I sing and record covers, as well as perform at our uni. I looove being on the stage. I also looooove dancing, sometimes i even build up various perfomances to this or that song in my head.

I am hardcore fan of the British rock band Muse. I generally listen to rock.

I am fond of photography, I prefer to take pictures of nature. 

I am a ceraunophile, I adore thunder and lightnings, plus, my hobby is “catching lightnings” with my camera.

I am a Capricorn and Aquarius cusp, i have features of both signs. 

I don’t celebrate my birthday. I don’t like my birthday. I prefer to forget about that day, I can’t wait for it to pass.

I dare say that i’m a fucking difficult person to understand. I’m a pessimistical realist. My mood swings, damn, i can be suddenly frighteningly silent, may remain like this the whole day and even more. I can not show my feelings at all, be cold and grumpy.I may suddenly disappear, deactivate my fb account, not talk to anyone for days, not only in the internet, no, irl, too. However, i can be full of energy and very funny and talkative, literal sunshine (although forever sarcastic). Hm, generally, I’m an insecure person. To be honest, I don’t think i’m a good person.

I am kinda eccentric for my country’s society, I draw unreal tattoos on my skin, including runes. I had blue hair. I prefer to bend the rules, I don’t really care what people think of me, I act as I like to act, I do as I like to do.

I was born with the word “SARCASM” on my forehead. ( ;))))) )

I am an accessory maniac, I like unique, not usual necklaces and pendants, i have about 30 necklaces. I don’t even talk about earrings..

People say that I am a walking reaction gif. I mean you should see that, i make my groupmates laugh with my facial expressions.

I MAKE A LOT OF TYPOS! (although i know english very well) as @justafangirlwithideas says, i’m the Queen of Typos and also I’m the Meme Queen (but people, i know a person who is the Meme Lord)

62. what’s a subject that you think people don’t talk about enough

Hm, I think people need to talk more about those people who are saving lives, doctors, rescues, firemen; people who work in mines, who work in extreme conditions and threatening their own lives and get MUCH MUCH MUCH smaller salaries than, for instance, football players who gain MILLIONS per month for what? kicking a ball around a field? I don’t say that they shouldn’t do that, but I reckon that their significance is overly exagerrated. Neymar was bought by PSG for 222 million dollars. 222! It is a yearly budget of a small country! I have just checked, it’s close to the yearly budget of Eritea, a country in Africa. WTF?? LOGIC WHO?

and also we don’t talk about aliens haha

The dress in question was an ethereal, baby blue gown with embellishments of muted roses. The midnight-blue winged fae often kept to her favored hue of blue, diluting it as needed. Tonight, she opted for the most innocent of its iterations. A dress made to emphasize her seemingly sweet disposition. Jacqueline was not in the habit of diluting her image in the comfort of her own home. But her mood, already foul with the upcoming nuptials, needed an ethereal dress to distract from her less-than demeanor. After an abrupt dismissal, the handmaidens in question collected the remainder of perfumes and pins, scuttling out of her apartments. With their needless prodding, she resolved to dress herself, rather than endure the company. The night already promised a tiresome evening, as her beloved Night Court became consumed with outsiders. A second saved, was a semblance of her sanity earned. The string remained undone on her bustier, forcing her to stretch her slender arms behind her back.

From the reflection, she catches a glimpse of dark auburn hair and unmistakable, piercing blue eyes. Matthew Loundain. With tremendous ease, her lips part into a subdued smile, yet her eyes danced along the reflection. Something was different. The lightness and ease he often exuded was muddled. A light twitch to his brow, a hesitance to his smile... She could not place it, yet her instincts were never wrong. This was, after all, an art form to the manipulative advisor. But her smile does not break, as she timidly gestures. “Are you just going to stand there, or make yourself useful?”
