When it comes to characters being good friends, In Scout’s Dishonor, Neil is made to believe Nikki left the Flower Scouts because, “They were totally boring, so I bailed,” when, in reality, the Flower Scouts ran her out for not being feminine. Once he finds out the truth, he immediately turns on the Flower Scouts, after spending the day hitting it off with them, and bails with Nikki (“Y’all are some ignorant ****ing c**ts!”). Meanwhile, in Volpina, what’s the matter, writers? Did you think that just because Adrien was kept off-screen and we were treated to the totally hilarious visual of Marinette chewing on the Grimoire that was just in the trash, no one would notice that Adrien just has no reaction to Lila insulting someone she claims to be friends with and who he’s in love with?

When it comes to acceptance of the truth, throughout Camp Camp, David knows deep down that he’ll never get Max to like Camp Campbell, but he doesn’t stop trying to. In Cult Camp, he doesn’t notice the other warning signs of Daniel being a cult leader until Max throws himself into Daniel’s “Purification Sauna” and happily exclaims, “I love you, Daniel!” Instead of being happy that Max finally loves something and refusing to look deeper into it, David realizes that something is wrong (“But that’s not right. Max doesn’t love anything.”). Meanwhile, in Puppeteer 2 and Ladybug, Cat Noir falls for two fake Ladybugs luring him into obvious traps by claiming their love for him. Cat Noir should know by this point that Ladybug does not view him romantically and wouldn’t change her mind just like that until Season 5, yet in the former episode, he only finds out about the trick by smelling the wax on the Ladybug wax figure, and in the latter, he mistakes the real and Sentimonster Ladybugs for each other just because the Sentimonster told him what he wanted to hear. Great job showing us how trustworthy he is, writers.

I MEAN, FIRST OF ALL, THERE’S THE FACT THAT INANIMATE OBJECTS CAN BE AKUMATIZED AS LONG AS IT POSSESSES EMOTIONS. Just imagine the possibilities Hawkmoth has for potential alums victims. 

Next, can we please talk about how tHE DAMN ROBOT TURNED ON HAWKMOTH?? LIKE JUST…LET THAT SINK IN Y’ALL. This robot was actually smart enough to think of using the miraculous’ powers for himself. Honestly, it’s the most realistic akumatized villain so far. I was waiting for the time when Hawkmoth would be betrayed and this cute little friendship loving robot turned out to be the one. 

Also, Hawkmoth has a self destruct system in his evil lair of darkness. 

And he can sword fight with his cane. HIS CANE IS A WEAPON. IT’S NOT JUST THERE TO MAKE HIM LOOK LIKE A CLASSY EVIL VILLAIN.

AND HAWKMOTH MADE A MISTAKE IN PICKING HIS AKUMA VICTIM AS WELL AND HE ADMITTED IT TOO Y’ALL. 

AND THEN THERE WAS THE REVEAL ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN LADYBUG AND CHAT NOIR’S MIRACULOUSES WOULD COME TOGETHER. AND THE PRICE ONE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR MAKING A WISH. JUST THINK OF ALL THE POSSIBLE PLOT TWISTS AND ADVANCEMENTS THAT COULD TAKE PLACE. WHAT IF GABRIEL WANTS HIS [supposedly dead] WIFE BACK?? WHAT IF HE HAS TO TRADE ADRIEN’S LIFE FOR IT? WOULD HE DO IT?? OMFG WHAT IF HE’S KEEPING NATALIE AROUND SO HE CAN TRADE HER LIFE FOR HIS WIFE’S? WHAT IF HE GETS THE LADYBUG AND CHAT NOIR MIRACULOUSES IN THIS SEASON AND MANAGES TO RESURRECT MAMA AGRESTE?? WHAT IF SHE BECOMES THE PEACOCK MIRACULOUS HOLDER BECAUSE OF THAT??
