Joke piece for sev, creator of Stormy here. I'm constantly bugging him that she's secretly Thor, or the alicorn of storms.
p.s. I love Mjolna.
Roseluck: Thanks for the help, Mjolna. One more question: How were dragons treated in Horse Mythology?
Mjolna: Ah... No too well actually.
"Linnorm" 'twas the term they used for the Dragon race, but they were generally treated as huge, ugly, savage serpent-like things with a venomous bite. Ancient and terrible, massive and impossible to reason with. Devourers of virgins and beasts to be slain by the noble heroes.
Can't really expect these old stories to totally avoid all racism...
The two most notable named ones were Niddhogr and Jormungandr.
Niddhogr gnawed at the roots of the great tree Yggdrasil which holds together the nine worlds, and Jormungandr was also known as the World Serpent for the fact that he was long enough to wrap around the entirety of Midgard... The Horse Mythological word for Arcadia.
MOLNAJ WHAT IS BEST IN LIFE?
Mjolna: Curling up in front of a warm fire with a good epic on a cold winter's evening.
Forsooth.
