Being the painfully shy girl she was, it was hard to make friends. She rarely speaks anyway so she felt it was accurate for her to work in a library. She didn’t expect to make friends with a coworker, let alone invite them to hang out. She was a nervous wreck. What if they thought her boring? She fixed up her living room again for the hundredth time when she heard someone at her door. She took a deep breath before answering the door. “Hey.” She smiled and moved to the side to let them in. “I hope my directions weren’t too difficult..”

“Why are you leaving me? Don’t you know how much I love you?” Miyeon staggered toward the other, knife in hand.

“Can I help you find something?” Miyeon asked the other with a small, friendly smile. The other seemed to be having trouble. 

“So where are we going again?” Miyeon asked the other woman as she walked alongside her, her voice was quiet. She glanced over at Yeonseo curiously. “Yeonnie?” Miyeon attempted again, louder, to get the shorter woman’s attention.

“You were supposed to stay... You were supposed to be with me forever..” Miyeon whimpered softly. “And  you turned your back on me when I needed you the most...” She dropped down to her knees as tears threatened to fall from her big brown eyes.
