Gosh darn it, Dani. Hani wanted to mutter under her breath but she got busy drinking her wine. Why the hell was this the topic again? Ah, because she asked for her top five guys. Hani pauses to collect her thoughts. Was there anyone memorable? She’s seen and met a lot of guys in Seoul but Myeongcho is a small island. So she places her drink down and goes ahead with her own top five. “In no particular order.” Hani begins.

“Okay, do you know @mitheon? Good god, I swear he’s Adonis in the flesh. He looks good in a tux and he’s got manners of a Prince. It’s like a dream being in his presence. I’d f*cking pay him to get on his lap, sis. I ain’t even joking. He’s hot, powerful and rich. My type of man. I don’t fancy a guy who doesn’t shave since it gets in the way when you kiss someone but good lord! How that works for him- I don’t know. I’d sleep with him till my legs give out. I don’t blame Aphrodite for falling for Adonis, really. Because if he is Adonis, I’d leave Olympus to get it on with him in the woods.”

“I believe that @mixheomin deserves to be on this list because he’s attractive as hell. I’ve been in his arms many times and I admit to feeling his muscles. This might sound creepy and weird, but whatever. He’s tall and he’s cute when he flirts. Whining for attention. I just wanna kiss him. Don’t tell him that though- he might think he’s that handsome- he is, but we don’t want him to come to tell me that I called him handsome. That would get annoying and I am not that tall to grab him by the back of his neck and kiss him to shut him up. But he’s hot.”

“Being affiliated with @zeroxmi is like having that guy friend you wouldn’t mind making out with if he’s down with it. He has this nice car that I wouldn’t really mind f*cking him in. “Would you believe that @crownxmi picked me up the other night and he looked just hella attractive waiting outside Healthvine? He’s not my typical type but I’d do him, sis. No kidding. He’s like that soft but hot inside kind of guy? I don’t know. There’s something really charming about him that I want to dive into whatever waters he is in, honestly. I mean, why not? Also, just so you know, I don’t want to give the same list you had even though some of them are perfect for my list.”

Was Miteum honest then he doesn’t know much about Theon, he knew the bare minimum about Theon, for a fact a stranger perhaps knew more about Theon than he did. If a stranger saw Theon then they could at least describe how he looked, Miteum only knew the guy’s alias, job and voice, and that was it. He had never thought about it, but he didn’t know a lot about any of the members of Hydrus, while he was in the MPD he did, but they were his family, Hydrus is just Hydrus.

Honestly? Miteum didn’t know where he was, Vision was at home and he had just followed Theon, they were in the same gang, and as far as Miteum knew, being in a gang is all about loyalty, therefore he trusts Theon with his life. Miteum didn’t know the reason for why the two had come together, as far as he knew and hoped Theon was trying to befriend him.

His hand landed on the table, slid across it until he could feel a cup, grabbed the cup and took it till his mouth, enjoying the taste of hot chocolate.

His shift at LADY FORTUNE was coming to an end as the establishment was slowly removing patrons from within the casino. A long yawn left his mouth as he leaned against the bar with half-open eye-lids and a bored expression on his face. He would assist with the swift guidance of customers out the door, but his feet had been burning for hours now that sitting on this stool with his cheek in his open palm felt better than working. He didn’t know when it happened, but he had fallen asleep on the counter. It wasn’t for very long as he was shoved awake and forced to patrol the casino and all the rooms alone to make sure there was no one left. If it weren’t for the fact that he didn’t want to lose his job, he would have already knocked out the guy that woke him up. He inhaled deeply with expletives running under his breath and a permanent glare locked in his eyes. Everything seemed empty other than a guy trying to get down the off-limits stairwell. “Yo! Party is over. I don’t know what the fuck you’re trying to do, but get the hell out of here. There’s nothing down there for you.”

back then myungsoo had just moved to myeongcho island from seoul, and he had been a lost boy. he only legitimately had a job and that was all that he had with him. the transfer had occurred so quickly that he hadn't the time to find an apartment or get himself appropriately set up before diving head first into case work and dealing with dead end cases as well as ongoing ones. so, a part of him was thankful that he had met the older man when he did. he had ended up meeting yixiang or theon on a case related to a drug overdose and since the older was a known associate of the drug trade, myungsoo had gone to him first back on the case. of course, it ended up that the drug overdose wasn't what killed his victim, that had been something else entirely, myungsoo had mentioned in casual conversation that he was living out of a hotel for the time being and theon helped him find an apartment.

myungsoo was incredibly thankful to the older man for helping him when it was like an absolute need since his finances back then couldn't really pull living at a hotel for incredibly long time. the tradeoff had been simple. myungsoo provides information from mpd in exchange for more information. it had always been easy for myungsoo to charm his way and get information and get people to tell him things.

“dang, again?” he chuckles, flipping his hair out of his eyes and leaning back in his seat with all the at-home air of someone who’s lived and died in it, “what, have i got a sign on me and everything? i mean, yeah, okay, i get it.”

“Well, what honor do I have to entertain a customer like you?“ It always that at any given time, when a customer such as this man walks into his store, it sends Shiori to be on his feet as he does not know what service could be given for this patron as his bookstore is not as established as the ones they have in the city. “I mean in a good way, of course.“ Shiori deemed it was best to slide that in so no misunderstanding will fog between the two. “Or are you lost like most people from the city?“ Now he slipped another joke.
