I mean I wasn't really looking at it as a comparison haha, I liked both of them a lot. I mean, conceptually I like SAO a lot more. The whole VRMMO bit... I do admit they slipped a little bit once things really got underway (character development kinda... stopped, I guess. It could have been better, def! I would actually like to see some sort of rewrite like FMA:B; different circumstance, of course, but I would still enjoy it ^__^), but the art/idea/other things I loved!
Side note, I fucking loved how they incorporated menus/UI elements, that was so good
But Fate/Zero did aĀ phenomenalĀ job of making you care for each and every person (well, maybe except for Kirei...) right up until the bitter end. I love when stories do that, but it's also extremely painful haha
