Attention Nephilim.Â
 It has been brought to the Institute Heads that demon attacks have become more and more frequent over the past few months. With an influx of new Shadowhunters to the Institutes, the time has come to journey out onto the streets to protect the mortal world.Â
Mission Assignment:Â
For your first mission, make your Institute proud by creating something (edit, graphic, writing, etc ) that represents the Institute you hail from. This can include scenes, shadowhunters, locations, anything that comes from your newfound institute is acceptable.Â
This mission will run from Jan. 24th to February 20th.Â

Commander Jack, Mission 1, Log 1
[BEGIN LOG]
Jack: So, I’m from Vexbury, one of the greatest cities on the planet Bossatron.
(a moment of silence)
Jack: Bossatron, the planet known for its acid rain of all things… I miss it.
(another moment of silence)
Jack: Oh! Um, the first stop on our trip is a very poor planet. They really don’t have much, but the Agency got reports of out-of-character activity going on in one of the worst parts of town so me and my Captain, Mark, are going to investigate.
(he pauses)
Jack: Something seems off about this place. I think I’ve heard stories about it being dangerous and full of gangs and poverty-stricken and all that. I feel bad for the people living there. I wish I could help all of them, but I can’t.
(he sighs heavily)
Jack: Well, anyway, back to work. Jack signing off.

Captain Mark, Mission 1, Log 1
[BEGIN LOG]
Mark: So, I finally graduated from the Galactic Enforcement Academy and it’s finally time for my first mission. Me and my new partner Seán.
(a moment of silence)
Mark: Jack, he said he wants me to call him by his code name.
(he clears his throat)
Mark: Us and our crew-- Oh! Our crew… I should probably name them.
(shuffling paper is heard)
Mark: There are Billy, Leim, and Tom. Ensign Billy is our main helmsman, so he’s the one who spends the most time in the bridge planning our route and watching the console. He’s a little hot headed, but I’m sure he’ll be fine out here. Lieutenant Leim is our main engineer. He’s a little on the sheepish side, but he knows his way around a warp engine well enough. Lieutenant Tom is our main scientist while also being the ship’s doctor. He’s clever and isn’t afraid to say it, but he also seems the most skilled in battle out of all of us. Jack is my Commander and works the communications and diplomatic front. He’s a smooth talker and an absolute sweetheart. I’m Captain Mark, and I’ve got a lot of battle and leader training with a whole lot of experience in piloting.

Mark: Right, so now we are now on our way to the planet Koloma in the Moteavo quadrant to check out some suspicious activity. This is a sketchy part of the planet and we aren’t sure exactly what’s going on, but we'll find out as soon as we can. Mark signing off.
