Today may have been the most embarrassing day I've had for well a long time, I descended the stairs @manairportuk into the baggage hall to see my bag, open like a book on top of a pile of other bags spilling out and tunbling down as it moved along the carousel with my belongings adorning the bags of others and the surrounding area, like some sort of horrendous Christmas tree. After two circles of riding the thing trying to pull my stuff together I gave up and turned off the carousel, I tried to get help. (Thanks to the 1 lady that did help me clamber around to pull stuff together) Not a soul from airport or easy jet to be seen, till someone came to turn the carousel back on thanks to the complains of the other people on my flight, however if my clothes and belongings were caught and stuck in the machine that's a risk so I don't regret it. Thank you to the very nice baggage man from another company who happened to pass. And did go look for my missing stuff behind the scenes. Told by baggage claims as its not a broken case can't fill anything out I just need to email @easyjet but the website and online chat isn't superhelpful. What I don't understand is how can someone put a bag on, I assume throw, see it open and walk away! Or they opened it? It just doesn't make sense!?! I'm really greatful to have it seem everything except (gutted) my stunning pink @macinasac Gillette! (yep it's brand new!) and the zip of my case seems not right, it's got something caught it in, plastic, not mine @americantourister_eu No, my case wasn't full, was less than 14kg and minus the families Christmas stuff I took thankfully! It's been soooo long since I could actually get in a flight I booked, from Manchester, I'm gutted, This wasn't the start I wanted to returning. #why #easyjet #baggage #missingstuff #drama (at Manchester Airport) https://www.instagram.com/p/CU2pxMWMr45/?utm_medium=tumblr
