If I’ve had any recipe requests ever, chances are they’d be for my Refrigerator Dill Pickles™. I hate to toot my own horn (lol!) but they’re the *BEST!* For those who are  curious about how to make these wonderful, snappy, vinegar-y treats, here is my hitherto ultra-secret recipe!

Step 1

First you have to start with quality gherkins.

You’ll notice the ones on the right are a bit smaller (lol!), but it’s not the size that counts! Just kidding. You want them to be smaller than the average cucumber.

Step 2

Next, unless you have a barrel at home, you’ll need to quarter them. Use a good, sharp knife; you don’t want anyone to see you get a cut on your hand from pickles! Can you imagine?!? LOL!
