Found Budgie!
My friend’s coworker found this budgie last night in their yard. He checked all of the houses in the neighborhood and no one was missing a bird.
(Sorry about the bad pics she’s scared of me and I don’t want to stress her out too much)
She was found in Howell, New Jersey on June 18th. She’s light blue, with light scalloping on her head, and black wings. She has a red band on her leg with ‘8008 BBFE’ on it.
