Do Raik found out Sena's secret... And... The way they handled it is so interesting to me.
So I, an excessive drama (as in the dictionary definition, not the genre of show) lover, was hoping he would absolutely lose it. I was hoping he would yell, scream, or even get violent... I know it probably wouldn't get that intense, but still, I wanted it to be a really big moment.
But Raik just sat on the floor and cried... It was honestly even more sad than I expected, especially after all they have been through. Sena was genuinely the only person he could trust, and when she came home, he was just crying in the same spot on the floor, and asked her, "why did you keep this from me?" Sena just stayed silent. We have seen her side of the story, and we understand she really did believe in him and cared for him as a person and not as an idol, but I still couldn't help but feel upset with her too.
The way they went about it was so unexpected. I thought he would instantly forgive her. It was honestly such a sad way of revealing the truth, and his reaction was so pathetic, that I almost feel like the chance of a romance between them is completely off the table.
He even fired her later after she actually tried to explain. He said he is not angry she lied, he is angry she caused him to trust her. This was so heartbreaking because we know he has never been able to trust anyone before.
I know there is still more to watch, and I am sure they will work it out somehow, and I don't hate Sena, but the way the show presented Raik finding out the truth was just so sad honestly maybe even too sad for me. If anyone else liked it I am happy for you, but for me it was honestly kind of a downer, because even if she didn't mean to, she still did majorly betray him and break his trust. It has kind of broken my interest in the ship sadly. Hopefully they find a way to make it better.
I am not saying they handled it poorly either, it was just really fucking sad.
