தமிழ் சினிமாவில் முதல் ஸோம்பி படமாக வெளிவந்திருக்கும் “மிருதன்” படத்திற்கு நல்ல வரவேற்பு கிடைத்திருக்கிறது. படம் குறித்து கலவையான விமர்சனங்கள் வந்தாலும் திரையரங்குகளில் ஹவுஸ்புல் காட்சிகளாகவே ஓடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது. படம் வெளியாகி மூன்று நாள்களில் யாரும் எதிர்பார்க்காத வசூலை குவித்துள்ளன.
முதல்நாள் வசூலைக் கண்டு டுவிட்டரில் ஜெயம் ரவி, அனைவருக்கும் நன்றி. என் படங்களில் முதல் நாளில் அதிகம் வசூல் செய்த படம், மிருதன் என்று கருத்து தெரிவித்தார். இயக்குநர் சக்தி செளந்தர் ராஜனும் தன்னுடைய டுவிட்டர் பக்கத்தில், ஜெயம் ரவியின் அதிகளவிலான முதல் நாள் வசூல் இது. மித்ரனின் (தனி ஒருவன்) வசூலைத் தாண்டிவிட்டது. வசூல் விவரங்களை விரைவில் வெளியிடுகிறேன் என்று டுவீட் செய்தார்.
இந்நிலையில் ஐங்கரன் நிறுவனம் சார்பில் “மிருதன்” படத்தின் முதல் மூன்று நாள்களின் வசூல் விவரம் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. முதல் மூன்று நாள்களில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் மட்டும் ரூ 10.66 கோடியும், உலகம் முழுக்க ரூ 20.13 கோடியும் “மிருதன்” வசூலித்துள்ளதாக ஐங்கரன் நிறுவனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. ஜெயம் ரவி படங்களில் முதல் மூன்று நாள்களில் அதிகம் வசூல் செய்த படம் மிருதன் தான் என்றாலும் இந்த வசூல் தகவல் உண்மைதானா என்று ஆராய்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள் சில நெட்டிசன்கள்.
