New Life
The day had been hectic for Mixxa, to say the least. She knew there was a chance of the honeymoon being interrupted by having to tend to the arrival of Mirex’s triplets, and that day finally arrived. No words needed to be spoken between Mixxa and Flixxa as the mistologist immediately made her way to the estate to assist while her wife went to rally the others who would be coming to assist and grab a few things.
The hours were long, and the waiting was agonizing. But in the end, it was worth it as one by one, the adorable triplets came out. Of course, there was also the scare with Katrina’s arrival, and not to mention the toll it took on Mirex. Yet, all of the qualified healers that were there and arrived shortly after meant that in the end, everything went smoothly.
Briefly opening her eyes to look at the ceiling in the room the two asura were sharing for the night at the estate, she knew that this was worth it. It was worth being there to give reassurance to Alex, Adriwyn, and Mirex that everything would be alright. And though she would more than likely not want to endure that path to having progeny, Mixxa knew that the triplets would be forever loved, especially when the others that would matter most to them would arrive shortly.

Light in the Darkness
Heading back to the Refuge, Mixxa couldn’t help but think about everything that had transpired earlier. And her day had been promising as well. Visiting Alex and Adri on one of those rare occasions where there was no mistology work to tend to was a real treat, and not even the prospect of visiting Mirex would have dampened the mood then as the asura knew she needed to speak with the noble regarding utilizing the beach for tomorrow.
To some relief, Mirex received Mixxa warmly and gladly approved of Mixxa and Flixxa having a get together there. But the mood quickly turned sour then between the lover trio, and before long, the mistologist found herself rescued by her fiancee, only to end up returning to Mirex with her beloved later on as she learned some sad revelations.
This all led to the asura going to tea and telling Alex and Adri what Mirex had told her before departing. She didn’t stay long, not to hear any reply. She said her piece and returned back to where Mirex and Flixxa were at. If nothing else, she could continue to be with her love and provide reassurance to the human who needed it most right now.

Bearer of Good News
Mixxa was all smiles as she made her way back to the Refuge. Earlier that day, she did not notice Mirex at the residence near their lab, and a couple of possibilities had come to mind in her head. To her fortune though, upon arriving at the Jardin estate later on, she had found Adri and Alex in better spirits and had overheard that Mirex was back home with them.
Those reassurances, along with an apology for how she acted at tea on Sunday, made Mixxa continue her wonderful discussion. There was a lot that was spoken about in the short time she was there. Upcoming wedding plans, appreciation for their loves, the estate, the works. It made the mistologist pleased that she had friends such as that fortunate trio.
Back at the Refuge, she looked over the datapad Adri had given her one last time. The copy of the report of those that delivered the gifts to Mirex a few days ago. She wondered when it would be appropriate to present the information to Flixxa. But her answer was known immediately when she stepped in and saw her fiancee sound asleep. The datapad could wait until morning. Right now, it was more important for Mixxa to be there for her beloved.
