thinking bout mirandos,,,,,,,,
so like her voice right? sounds robotic. probably this is a filter or something so she doesn't sound too similar to loretta (because fun fact! mirandos' and loretta's voice actors are sisters irl) but we also know that ariellians are great with tech from mirandos' first appearance. maybe her voice sounds robotic because she was mute or lost her voice in an accident, so her father made her an artificial voice?
speaking of her father, prosperos and mirandos have (surprise surprise) the same suffix on their names. the only time we hear anyone call her "mirandos ariellian" is aggro in Deep Trouble, if i remember correctly, and according to the wiki that's just the name of her species.
my point here is what if ariellians use a different name structure than other species? for them, the first name and surname could be combined into one, with families all having the same suffix (so that it reads as 'mirand-os' instead of 'mirandos', with 'os' as her last name). if this kind of thing is really rare, the tta might not have been prepared for it, and the common structure is a separate first name and last name. mirandos probably had to enter her name somewhere to become a recruit, but if the tta couldn't accept her traditional name structure, she might have had to change it up a bit (so instead of first name and last name, she would have had to use full name and species)
