Yeojun: unapologetically clingy. Doesnât mind if heâs in public or not, he will be less than three inches far from you. Due to his flirty and touchy nature, expect his lips often chasing yours and his hands reaching for your waist to pull you even closer. He feels blessed to have you as his partner. Thatâs why he needs to hold you at any given opportunity, to remind himself that youâre real and that you love him just as much.
Kenshin: would be top 1 if it werenât for how flustered my boy gets. But donât think that gets in the way. Very similarly to Yeojun, if he wants to cling to you, he will do it no matter who is around. Heâs not subtle either, always engulfing you in big hugs and peppering your whole face with playful kisses. But the moment you decide to be just as touchy, he turns bright red in an instant, no matter how long youâve been dating. Expect him to bury his face in your neck to recover.
Jingxiang: also one of the clingiest but unintentionally. Heâs naturally drawn to you, just like a magnet. He can't help himself; he's always by your side. His arm is always around you, hand also reaching for yours and holding it tightly. Reality is that he tends to get very protective when youâre around. Sometimes he asks you if itâs too much, aware that some people might find it overwhelming but, honestly, you couldnât care less.
Minwook: clingy but in secret. No matter how challenging the day is, he can get through it easily just by thinking that heâs going to have you all to himself when he arrives home. Once he clings to you, forget about doing anything else other than holding him for the next couple of hours. Literally, if youâre sitting or lying somewhere, heâs trapping you with his body weight. Donât you dare to complain or heâll shut you up with kisses and become even clingier.
Sungmin: pretty clingy but at specific moments, like when youâre watching a movie together, before falling asleep or when he doesnât want to get out of bed in the morning. During these more vulnerable moments, he reaches his arms out for you before even noticing. Kyoungbae: my guy wants to be so nonchalant that he finds it hard to start clinging onto you. Not because he doesnât want to, because heâs dying to have his arms around you and vice versa. But heâs still very new to romance, so he doesnât really know how to approach certain things. Heâs getting there though, and heâs finding it easier to let himself melt into your embrace.
After rehearsals, Minwook doesnât have the energy to speak. He usually finds you in the couch or bed and approaches you, dragging his feet. He lays partially on top of you, burying his face in your neck and taking a deep breath with his eyes closed. He hugs you tightly by the waist and you wrap your arms around his neck with the same force. You ask him if heâs tired and he just nods, so you just play with his hair and press some kisses on his forehead and closed lids, feeling him relax in your embrace. He slides his hands beneath your shirt just to feel the warmth and softness of your skin, which helps him recharge his energy. He just wants to be held for a moment after carrying the role of the leader during the day.
Youâre Jingxiangâs living teddy bear. He reaches for you in his sleep and pulls you close by your waist until your back is completely pressed against his chest. He also wraps a leg around you if heâs feeling extra clingy. He searches for your hands unconsciously and intertwines your fingers, which makes your heart melt at the softness of the gesture. Sometimes, he gets insecure, wondering if heâs overwhelming you, causing him to start letting go. Itâs you who tugs at his arms and place them around your body again, this reassurance making him the happiest. He hugs you tightly, sometimes even too tight. He leaves little sweet pecks all over your shoulders, feeling the luckiest person ever just because heâs able to hold you this close.

Itâs so peaceful and he feels so safe that he never fails to fall asleep. The moment you try to move or untangle from him, heâs suddenly awake, whining dramatically for you not to leave him. He covers your collarbones and neck with ticklish pecks, holding you in place with his hands, as you apologize under him, squirming and giggling.

He complains that it tickles and that it distracts him from the game, but his actions betray his words when he nudges you closer with his arms. However, itâs not rare that some of his members/roommates find you two cuddling and tease you both nonstop. He holds you even closer to shield you as best as he can, letting you hide your face in his neck in embarrassment, and promising to kill whoever has intruded his peace.

When the alarm goes off, his first instinct isnât waking up, itâs wrapping his arms around you and find shelter in your warmth. No matter how hard you try to warn him that heâs gonna be late, he shushes you with a sweet innocent kiss on your lips. He sighs contently after getting his way and nuzzles his face in the joint of your neck with your shoulder. You let it be, knowing itâs no use fighting against him, and run your hand up and down his back. You feel his breathing slowing down, signalling heâs back asleep, this time in your arms.
He knows how much you enjoy the cinema, the way its atmosphere welcomes you and makes you focus entirely on the movie, blocking the real world out. Thatâs why he would take you there as often as possible, nothing making him happier than seeing the excitement in your eyes when youâre on your way to the building. Before dating you, he didnât mind the cinema. He didnât really have an opinion, other than it was okay, but after several dates with you, he started looking forward to every new release that you could go watch together. Snuggling up to you with a huge bucket of popcorn and several bags of candy resting on your laps is enough to make him happy for an entire week. He doesnât have to worry about the outside world and its problems. For two hours, all he wants to focus on is you â you slipping your hand into his as soon as you have the chance, you hiding your face in his shoulder when the movie gets scary, you leaning closer to his ear to whisper some random thought that crosses your mind. He wouldnât trade these dates at the cinema for the world.
Even though he has a very lively and energetic personality, quiet moments at night when itâs just the two of you are the most meaningful to him. Thatâs why some nights he takes you to the rooftop of his apartment building, one hand holding yours and the other carrying a fuzzy blanket for you two to lay comfortably. You lay side by side under the dark sky, his arm below your head so you can use it as a pillow, and also so he can bring you closer if needed. The conversation starts effortlessly, the way it does when you know the person youâre speaking with will never judge or hurt you. You talk about anything and everything, about trivial things like the weather and deep thoughts as how do you imagine your future together. All of that while keeping your eyes on the constellations above you. At one point, he starts playing with your hair, twirling some strands, feeling its softness. Youâre not aware that youâre snuggling closer to him, to the point your head is resting on his chest. The sound of his heartbeat against your ears is enough to make you fall asleep, and he lets you, his heart full after feeling your bond getting stronger.

The moment you asked him for advice on skincare he spent a whole hour by your side explaining which products would be best for your skin and buying them online so you could have a set of your own. Since then, his favourite kind of dates involves just the two of you at home after long tiring days, relaxing by taking care of your skin. He turns soft when he notices how closely you look at his actions and repeat them yourself, until he offers to apply the products on your face himself. He caresses your face with such tenderness that makes you doubt if those hands belong to the same man who loves to tease you (lovingly) non-stop. He gladly lets you return the favour just so he can see you up close, which makes it difficult for you to apply the products as he wonât close his eyes (see what I did there). When you two have your masks on, he steps behind you to carefully brush your hair. Once your routines are done, he showers you in compliments that make you blush every time. He never gets tired of reminding you how beautiful you are and how much he enjoys dates like that.

You started to go out at around midnight due to the inability to fall asleep you two had during a certain period of time, when you were more stressed than usual. Even after that, you naturally added those late night walks into your routines, both of you enjoying that time together before going home to sleep. Even though you walk aimlessly, hands together and swinging in the air, you always find yourselves going towards the little playground of your neighbourhood, which is empty at night. You let yourselves become kids again, going down the slide and riding the seesaw between laughs, finding it funny how youâre a bit too big for them. Your competitive side makes an appearance when youâre on the swings, trying to see who can go up higher. You get startled when Seungho jumps off the swings when he reaches the highest point and lands on the soft grass rolling his body. He encourages you to try as well, assuring you heâll catch you when he sees your hesitant expression. Next thing you know is that youâre jumping, flying in the air until a pair of arms wrap around you and hold you close so the impact against the ground isnât as harsh. You stay there together, still laughing and slightly out of breath, wishing for more dates like that.

For some people, it can be a very overwhelming place. But both of you truly enjoy all the coloured lights, the music coming from the machines, the excitement on peopleâs voices. You can never get enough of the arcade, to the point the employees there already know your faces and greet you whenever they see you enter, pinkies laced like always so you donât get lost. You also have a routine, after you insisted you needed one for the sake of your savings â given that you go to the arcade every week, you donât want you both to go bankrupt. So, according to your plan, you always go through a couple of your usuals, which include some ability games like the basketball one, and then you check out the claw machines. They usually change them every few weeks, so your eyes widen when you see that they have brought one full of plushies of your favourite Sanrio character. Of course, this doesnât go unnoticed by Kenshin, who drags you towards it and immediately inserts a coin. Heâs determined to get one for you even after several failed attempts and after you try to stop him from spending all his money. He doesnât listen and, when he finally wins and hands you the plushie, heâs the happiest person alive. Even more when you hug him like heâs given you the moon.

You tried to convince him that it was a bad idea, that you had never played badminton in your life and that sports werenât your forte. Especially not the ones that involved rackets. You are now holding the thin racket with unsteady hands, not really knowing what youâre doing. He comes near you to teach you the basics, how to hold the racket and how to serve, adjusting your posture and your grip. You have to admit he is a great teacher, but a very distracting one as well, as his proximity keeps making it difficult for you to focus on his words. Once you are more comfortable, you start to play against each other. You arenât as bad as you imagined, to the point even Kyoungbae is surprised of how youâre actually making it difficult for him. Heâs proud, though, and he makes sure you know that with the victory kiss he gladly gives you after you win the little match.

You really didnât.
But Minwook had insistedâso gently, so firmlyâthat you lie down on the couch while everyone rested after practice. You were tired, he said. Youâd worked hard. Heâd even tucked a blanket around you, smoothing it over your shoulder with a soft, instinctive touch.
âYou can sleep,â he murmured. âIâll keep watch.â
You didnât know what he meant by âkeep watch,â but you didnât have the energy to ask.
You curled up, pink socks and all, feeling very small and very princess-like under the warm blanket.

When you woke, the world was warm.
Soft. Steady.

THE THREAD OF ANGER seeped under the silence, intertwining itself with the aftermath of last nightâs argument.
You felt it the second you woke up.
Your eyes were sore, rimmed from dried tears. Your throat ached from crying and then refusing to speak afterward. Your body felt heavy, like the weight of the fight hadnât lifted even after hours of sleep.
And the worst part?
You were still mad.
Not raging. Not explosive. Just⊠bruised.
When you pushed yourself out of bed and stepped into the hallway, the dorm was quietâtoo quiet. As if everyone else already sensed the tension clinging to the air.

But before you could fill the cup, a gentle hand took it from your fingers.
You startled and looked up.

He didnât speakâjust turned on the tap and filled the glass for you. His movements were slow, careful. Like he didnât trust the air between you either.
When he handed it back, your fingers brushed his.
You flinched. Not out of fear. Out of memory.

Minwook swallowed. His voiceâwhen it finally cameâwas rough. Barely more than a murmur.
âYou didnât drink anything afterâŠâ He paused, jaw tightening. âAfter we fought.â
You stared at the water. âI wasnât thirsty.â
âThatâs not true.â His tone wasnât coldâjust tired. âYou were upset.â
âAnd whose fault was that?â The words came out sharper than you meant.
He wincedâso small you almost missed it.
But instead of fighting back, he stepped closer and gently pressed the rim of the glass toward your hands.
âPlease drink,â he said quietly. âJust⊠let me take care of you for a second.â
Your throat tightened.
He shouldnât be so gentle. You werenât done being mad. You werenât ready to forgive. Not yet.
But your body was dehydrated, shaking, exhausted.

So you drank.

He watched, shoulders loosening with every sip you took.
