((I’m sorry about the lack of updates this weekend, especially since we’re at the climax of Hamphrey’s arc, but I kinda got struck by the red river and now i’m in horrible pain. I promise I did start working on it, but then I just kinda stopped having the will to do anything, so here’s some sketches of some promo art I was going to make for the arc. + a bonus sketch of the next update.))

((Fun Fact: In “Animal Crossing Population: Growing”, at night you had a small chance of running into “Wisp”, a ghost character who would ask you to find 5 lost spirits in your town in exchange for a favor. What I’m getting at is that in Animal Crossing, it is canon to catch and exchange souls for favors for someone from the underworld.))

So since there’s very little that I think should be said about myself, I’m just gonna start talking about some development stuff because I just find that sort of thing fun to do.

So, here’s my first bit of trivia: This is not the first appearance of demon!Mint.

((For some reason even though this is Mint and Bangle, I named the file after Coco. Go figure.

Anyway, this is just a quick draft of “Mangle” I did as I was preparing for this “mini arc”. Since it doesn’t look like it’s gonna go through, I guess I can share this with ya’ll. If it does manage to come up again, well I’m sorry for spoiling the surprise. I was discussing this with Static’s Mun and based on some mutual agreements this is what I had planned, but I guess I kept it too vague and this sort of just wrapped itself up. Oh well, that’s my bad.

What was gonna happen was that Mint was going to fuse Static and Bangle into a single being to keep up her end of the deal and then use what she gained from it to further her plans in dominating world.

However due to Static’s anon!magic immunity the spell would have been miscast and Mint and Bangle would have fused instead, but since the spell was cast in a way that would make it impossible for Mint to simply undo it (hence the phrasing “at least as powerful as me”), so they’d have to deal with that until Mint could get the help of a more powerful demon to undo the mess. Comedy ensues from there.

((It seems like a few people want this to happen. Mint doesn’t really care what the outcome is as long as she gets repaid for her services. That’s just business folks.))
