A green smoothie that is both cool and soothing, with the taste of honeydew melon and the brightness of fresh mint. It's great for hot days or when you need to settle your stomach.
Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh honeydew melon chunks. 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves. 1 cup of coconut water. 1 tablespoon of honey optional. 1 cup of ice cubes.
Instructions: Blobs of honeydew melon and mint leaves should be put in a blender. If you want, you can add honey and coconut water. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend again until everything is well mixed. Pour into glasses, and if you want, top with extra mint leaves. Have fun with your Mint + Melon Tummy Soother!
