Minthe St. Claire-Bero is determined to discover every element and rise to the top of her science career. Of course, a little mischief along the way never hurt anyone… right?
Minthe is the daughter of Amanda “Mandy” St. Claire, a rising scientist, and Dahm Misommar-Bero, a PlantSim once destined to succeed Queen Titania of the Seelie Court. Mandy built her scientific career from nothing, beginning with salvaged scraps and discarded technology before steadily gaining recognition in her field. Dahm, meanwhile, lived a life closely tied to nature and was expected to one day fulfill a greater purpose within the natural order.
Minthe St. Claire-Bero has technically died twice before reaching adulthood, both times due to meteorite strikes while observing the night sky. In both instances, her father Randy successfully revived her by offering the Grim Reaper freshly grown death flowers.
Her distinctive mint-green hair is an inherited trait from her father’s PlantSim biology.
Minthe follows a vegetarian lifestyle, likely influenced by her upbringing with a nature-connected parent.
She graduated early from high school and later earned a distinguished physics degree with honors from Foxbury Institute.
While attending university, Minthe was an active member of both the E-Sports Team and the Bot Savants organization.
Minthe built several robots during her university years. Among them are two close robotic companions, CC and C3PO “Sinclaire,” as well as four utilibots she constructed herself: R2D1, R2D2, R2D3, and R2D4.
Minthe first began exploring her sexuality while living in university housing, initially with her roommate Ann Raf and later with Scarlet Attias.
After graduating and leaving home, Minthe relocated to a trailer yard in Strangerville, where she built her house using abandoned shipping containers.
Despite starting with very little money and significant student loan debt, Minthe managed to steadily advance in the Scientist career while constructing her unconventional home.
Her strained relationship with her mother, Mandy St. Claire, worsened as Minthe’s academic and professional successes continued to grow.
Given her track record with meteorites, robotics, and Strangerville anomalies, Minthe may want to keep a few extra death flowers around—just in case.
