INT. MOLAE BUILDING - NIGHT --- @minsooyj
She arrived at the sharehouse where it was nothing but silence. If one would ignore the whirlwind that passed through the living room, Ara would have thought that no one lived there besides her. The chaos that she usually witness at day was absent and had left her reeling with loneliness. She realized that it was a Friday night and her housemates are perhaps out with their friends. Friends. That definitely sprinkled some salt on her open wound. Despite of it all, she understood her place. She was the newcomer. Albeit her cordial trait, others would easily outweigh her two-week residency at Yujaen. Still, it would be really nice to head out after a tiring day at her job.
Her hands automatically reached for the mess around the communal living room. Her life now was a huge contrast to how it was back then. She wouldn’t have mind the disarray and have left them to her own personal attendants. However, that was her old life, and even if she was probably the only one putting everything in order at the sharehouse, Ara wouldn’t trade it either way. She spotted a lone cotton sock under the sofa and reached for it. Examining it for a moment, she was left in a state of confusion as to where she should place it. Her eyes roamed around, searching for a perfect spot to leave it behind so that whoever owns or perhaps would need it to pair with theirs can just simply take the sock.
She was too preoccupied with the sock issue that Ara did not take a moment to stop and check if it was clean or used. Moreover, it was all too late to sense another presence at the room and when she did, she jolted a little out of surprise. “Oh, Minsoo, you’re here,” she uttered after catching her heart from falling out. She noted that he was all decked for the night as well. Friends. “You’re heading out too?”
