#minors programming

For clarification I’m going to establish a minor is someone under the age of eighteen.

The short answer is, no.

A person is being programmed through their childhood and teen years. They are not being taught how to program someone.  Some parts will know the methods of programming used on them as a survivor.  

The methods of programming have to be taught, the person is selected to become a programmer.

The survivor may have participated in programming methods used on/with other minors, such as twin programming, and trauma bonding.
