I forgot the slime race existed so I went and made my own! She only has one crew member and a tiny ship, but she still gets by. (wow i just realized that she and her crewmate have a similar hairstyle lmao)

Mini Bio:

Keahi-Jia is a 27 y/o slime who lives up to her races apatite. Her ship is an absolute pigstye; her scrapper lifestyle has her with all the pieces of her discoveries lying across the ship along with all the food she eats. Since her species can eat just about anything, it doesn’t matter how old the food has gotten or how long its been out. Keahi-Jia doesn’t seem to care, given that she doesn’t put much thought into anything, really. Shes a lazy but friendly, go-with-the-flow kinda gal; how can you *not* like her?

The Council lived like royalty. It was an open secret among those who had risen high enough to learn of them and live. Fed on the best that the provinces could offer, living in the height of luxury, they were the uncrowned emperors of the Apex people. Nobility in all but name, so far removed from the suffering, terrified, sprawling masses. Small wonder, in Aram’s mind, that so many would kill to be there. His comrades knew, of course. In the whole of their territory, one would be hard-pressed to find Apex more paranoid, more vengeful at even the smallest threat to their control. 

So Aram kept his head down. He had relished it at first, of course. To be a Councilor was the highest honor. But the weak died swiftly on eager blades, and the ambitious only hurried their own fall. So, so many times, he had watched, had felt the stillness of pride or fear, had seen a seat left vacant or filled by someone new, its former occupant hale and hearty just the day before. 

He learned. He kept his head down, and cared for his children, and presented all with the image that he was just here to do his job and go home. Not weak enough to hurt the Council. Not strong enough to fear. Helpful when sought out, within limits, within reason, never calling in favors too big or too small. And slowly, day by day, he crept higher among their ranks, shaded by the power-plays and masked by the politics around him.
