Now I don’t think you can definitively say one studio is “better” than another. Sure, maybe you personally think so, but there’s no official ranking in that regard. Don’t just apply to jobs at the major studios, because those jobs are ridiculously hard to get. Find smaller mini-majors or upcoming studios that suit your interests to apply to as well. The first step is getting your foot in the door, so if you don’t land a job at Warner Bros. right out of college, it isn’t going to hurt you in any way. At this point, just try to get any job in the industry and you’ll be on the right path.
