So months ago my 5 year old decided he wanted to grow his hair long so he could put it in a ponytail like his daddy. Well, it grows SLOWLY and in strange directions, so not only did it not really go in a ponytail yet but it was ALWAYS in his eyes. ... Today he decided to cut it, so he picked a guard for the clippers (the 2nd longest one) and we went into the bathroom and spent a half hour shaving some of the thickest damn hair I've ever seen on a 5 year old (Sam has ridiculously thick hair too, they take after their dad). Mini J was patient and amazing and we finally got through the long bits and got it all one length and now he's playing in the bath.Â
I'll be posting pictures of my beautiful boy's face soon. Because I can.Â
